Founder / CEO

As the founder of Future Time Pictures, Rob’s behind the scenes work has a cinematic quality that has become his signature calling card. His creative vision and decades’ expertise as a director, writer and producer have won him the trust to helm some of the most ambitious and complex BTS filmmaking projects in the world.

Head of Operations

Hebe heads up Future Time’s production team in London. With a background in high-end TV and film production, her experience working on numerous award-winning projects with prestige filmmakers on a global scale has enhanced her passion for documentary storytelling and producing ambitious, innovative creative content.

Production Coordinator

Cate has a background in both Post and Production. Previously working at The Farm on unscripted fast-turnaround TV shows, she brings her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring seamless and dynamic productions within the BTS world.

Post-Production Manager

Rob works at the intersection of technology and storytelling, supporting short-form behind-the-scenes content and premium documentary productions. With experience across natural history, factual, and true crime, he specialises in post-production workflows on complex projects.

He collaborates closely with editors and production teams to move footage efficiently from set to delivery, creating organised post environments that keep projects running smoothly.

Editor

Casey has worked across many genres and styles, bringing a varied perspective to his role as Editor after working for several years in political documentaries, music videos, live events, and commercials. He is always seeking to craft impactful narratives with a powerful cinematic edge.

Senior Assistant Editor/Technical Supervisor

Starting at Sky TV and moving on to become an edit assistant at The Farm Group, Will has always had a passion for storytelling. Now, as part of the Future Time Pictures team, he's following his ambition to create amazing behind-the-scenes content and take his editing skills to the next level.

Junior Assistant Editor

Cameron is developing his career as an AE while providing essential support across the team. His positive mindset and hardworking approach make him a great asset, and we’re excited to see what he achieves as he continues to grow with us.

Editor

Zak has worked across various types of content across adverts, broadcast PR, social and film. Having loved editing since the age of 10 Zak has been able to turn his passion into a career. Fascinated by how films are made, joining Future Time Pictures has allowed him to share behind the scenes content with the rest of the world.

Personal Assistant

Rachel runs the behind-the-scenes of Rob’s life. With over a decade of experience across different industries, Rachel's heart always belonged to the world of Film and TV, which she studied in college. Her passion for storytelling and bubbly personality make her an invaluable member of the team.

Emotional Support Officer

Meet Lyla, our lovely new mascot! She's always here to lend a caring ear and offer you a cup of tea, any day of the week. Rest assured, her extensive emotional support experience makes her a valuable asset to our team.
